Our Managing Director is passionate about giving people a chance. which is why he is keen to give firm foundations to youngsters by offering Apprenticeships.

“We were all young once, sadly for me, it was a long time ago.” ( Martyn Westwell) Health & Safety is paramount in any successful business, but in years gone by we have brushed youngsters under the carpet until they reach the age of 18. This is not acceptable for our Industry or society. We must educate school leavers from day one, so that they can go on site and be safe, and not pushed aside until the law states they are now adults. This is why we have put together a scheme called Apprentice Safety Awareness Programme (ASAP).

This programme consists of adequate supervision and guidance from our highly trained site staff, with use of workshops and inductions, to constantly move our youngsters into a non harm environment, which will safeguard the future of all concerned.
